Description
We could call the Perlato del Bosco as traditional wine cause is composed by a majority of Sangiovese, It is the typical Tuscan wine.
Harvest the first and third week of September, it is vinificated for 18 days with the traditional maceration’s system and aged for about 15 months in French barriques
being used for the second and third time.
