Tipical Bordolais blend, it can be considered the most representative wine of the farm.
Harvest during the 2° and 3° week of September, it is vinificated in wood for about 25 days and then aged in French barriques being used for the first and second time for about 18 months. After a 6 months bottle-aging it can be release on the market.
