100% Merlot, harvest the first week of September, winemaked for about 27 days and aged on the lees in French barriques utilised for the first time for about 18 months.
Bottled early June is aging inside that for other 6 months before the sale.
It is a wine to be drink with red meat and game dishes, it can be considered a sipping wine, to be drink at the end of a meal, great with cheese.
